  these people passed off a fake silver round to me. when i went back in and asked if they tested the silver before they bought it the cashier said they didnt and would not offer me a refund. booo thats what i get for trusting a pawn shop.

  Paid thousands to get a friends jewelry out of pawn twice to get her at least the going rates instead of scrap prices. Personally been there twice, first time was to test gold and sell for scrap which went well, second time I go to have a 14k piece checked out (im not into jewelry) and to see if he could weigh it for me since my scale is a USPS brand and not for jewelry. He basically said he wasn't interested in a 14k gold bezel and that he would not even give me a weight stating "It is not my job to make your living." , Even offered to pay for a 3 second scale drop. Make my living??? For someone who got paid a grip in interest by my wallet to buy back her jewelry out "twice" over 5k, he had the audacity to make that comment. Also poor judgement on vintage authentication of jewelry. I'm from Cali, wear my Dickies and T ' s and it's always a quik judgement and I run a 6 figure business. He looked at Tiffany Cufflinks and immediately dropped "they don't seem real" to me within 1 minute and walked off. Any jeweler knows, even me, old TIFFANY 18k marks are not perfect. They were authenticated through Bonhams later. I've been in buy and sell trade for 20 years, this place is out of date, over priced, and behind the times. Complete lack of respect and quick to judge. Don't waste your time. Complete Joke!! There are far better ways to get more than 20% of the value when it comes to high end items or anything other than gold. Take 10 minutes and use local apps to search buyers that'll drive to you instead of dealing with this sorry excuse for a pawn shop.... If you don't have customer service, you don't have a business period. I'm pissed it was this place my cash went to to help a friend out. I really am. I've been humbled in my recent years, and am glad I simply walked out after an insult like that. No respect for the owner at all, he dosn't deserve it.
